At Cadou Decor, we strive to provide our customers with superior-quality products and an enjoyable shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. Please find below our return policy guidelines:
Eligible Items for Return: At this time, Cadou Decor accepts returns only for women’s apparel, bags, and jewelry. All other items are not eligible for return.
Return Window: Items eligible for return must be sent back to Cadou Decor within 14 days of the original delivery date. Any return requests after this 14-day period cannot be accommodated.
Condition of the Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with all original tags attached.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Non-returnable Items: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
